Paul Jenkins is inspired by his love of nature and his ability to sculpture from direct observations of wild animals in their natural habitiats. Paul Jenkins began his career sculpting in wood, clay and wax before going into study ceramics and bronze sculptures. Paul Jenkins then started sculpting hares and this is where he has enjoyed most sucess.
