Paul Jenkins is inspired by his love of nature and his ability to sculpture from direct observation of wild animals in their natural habitats. Paul Jenkins began his career sculpting wood, clay and wax before studying ceramics and bronze sculpture. He then started sculpting hares and this is where he has enjoyed most success.

The smallest of the three sitting Hares measuring 25 cm tall.  He looks very aware sat in the middle of the field watching something it has spotted! It is crafted with great attention to detail and skill.
