HOW TO ORDER
ONLINE
You can order online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply add the items you require to your shopping bag. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'Shopping Basket'. When your order is complete, click on Shopping Basket where you will proceed to checkout and enter your customer details, delivery details and payment information.
USING SEARCH
1. Enter a keyword (such as skirts, blouses, pyjamas etc) and click on 'Search' this will take you directly to item or group of items that you are looking for.
2 . Click on the item picture or description to access the main page for that item. This displays detailed product information and the 'Add to Basket' button.
3. Choose the colour and size that you require by pulling down the appropriate menu for each option. To view general sizing information click on 'SIZING INFO'.
4. To view further information about stock availability, click on 'INFO'.
5. Add items to your order by clicking on 'Add to Basket'.
6. Repeat to find and select further products
7. You can view and amend your order at any time by clicking on 'Shopping basket' on the top right hand side of the screen.
8. Once you have finished shopping, click on 'Your shopping basket' on the right hand side of your screen and check your order to ensure it is accurate and complete.
9. To delete items click on 'Remove item' to add more items to your shopping basket click on 'Continue Shopping'.
10. Click on 'Proceed to Checkout' and then complete the Customer Details form, and finally the Secure Order form.
11. Your order will not be placed until you click on the 'Send' button at the bottom of the order form. Your transaction will be encrypted and processed in a completely safe environment.

Please make your cheque payable to 'Adventino' and write your name and address and cheque card number on the back. If you are placing your first order with us, please allow five working days for your cheque to clear before your goods are despatched.
Overseas customers are advised to pay by credit or debit card, as only cheques written in UK Pound Sterling (£) are accepted.
If sending an order by post please include the following information:
- Your name
- Your billing address
- Delivery address (if different from your billing address)
- Daytime telephone number and/or email address
- Product code
- Colour
- Size
- Quantity
- Please remember to add your signature
- Please add the appropriate postage and packaging charge to your total
As Adventino accept cheques and postal orders, we are unabe to accept cash - all prices are in UK pounds sterling, and your order total will be in UK Pound sterling.

If there is a further delay, we will send you an email asking you, if you would still like us to send the order to you. We will not charge you until the goods leave our warehouse and we will only charge you postage once no matter how many parcels we send you.
NO QUIBBLE GUARANTEE
You can return your order for any reason, at any time within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
All items for exchange/refund must be returned in their original condition, unused and unworn with all tags attached and where applicable, in original packaging. Adventino reserves the right to withhold any refund of part thereof where it is believed that these conditions have not been met.
HOW TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE
There is no need to telephone us when sending us a return.
Fill out the Returns form enclosed with your order noting whether you would like an exchange or refund.
Attach the sticky label provided on the despatch note/invoice to the parcel. If you no longer have this then please send the parcel to:

Please take your parcel to your nearest post office. We recommend that you send your returns by recorded post. Always retain proof of postage. Goods are returned to Adventino at your own expense.
We will email you to confirm your order has been processed. You will receive your refund credit, or cheque or exchange order (when in stock) within 2 - 3 weeks after you have posted the goods back to us.
Please note that refunds bought as presents can only by given to the original payer, and if you decide to swap an item, we can`t stop the payer knowing.
Legal Statements on Returns
Returning any item within 14 days will be taken as notice of cancellation of your order (or relevant part of your order). Goods are provided to you on approval and legal title to the goods will not pass to you until the 28 days post delivery period has expired. On receipt of the returned goods Adventino will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the goods (but not the postage) or an exchange credit as required. You must, however, return the goods to Adventino on cancellation in order to receive a full refund or exchange. When returning goods on which you have received a discount or offer, that discount or offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount or offer threshold and the refund will be adjusted accordingly.

We are committed to safeguarding our customers' privacy and we adhere to the strict rules of the Data Protection Act to ensure that any of the personal details that we hold are protected from unauthorised access.
From time to time, we may make portions of our mailing list available to carefully selected companies whose products may be of interest to you. However this will only occur if you have opted to hear from third parties on any of our forms. If you would prefer not to receive mailings from other companies, please send an email to 'enquiries@adventino.co.uk' with "no third parties' in the subject line. Please remember to include your name and address details.
We may occasionally send you emails and or mailing with future special offers and promotions. If you would like to be removed from our emailing list or mailing list please send an email to 'enquiries@adventino.co.uk' with "no promotional mail" in the subject line. Please remember to include your name and address details.
Total liability for any claim against Adventino, howeverso arising, shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by Adventino to the customer.
English law applies to all orders placed on this website, and any disputes will be heard in the courts of England and Wales.
PRODUCT PRICES
All product prices are shown in pounds sterling and are inclusive of VAT and exclusive of postage and packing charges, unless otherwise specified. All product prices advertised on this website are correct at the time of order only and relate to internet purchases only. Adventino will only accept orders if there are no errors in the prices of the products ordered, as advertised on this website. Adventino reserves the right to change prices at any time.
PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS
We have taken every care to ensure that the description and specifications of our clothes are correct at the time of going to press. However, slight variations may occur. There maybe variation of colour reproduction on the website due to the specific settings of individual monitors and software. All measurements are approximate.
